Megan Shaw is an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for shaping early-stage chaos into sustainable growth. From being employee number one at a successful diagnostic startup to Managing Director of Life Sciences at the most active seed-stage investor in Pittsburgh, she’s been on both the startup and investor side. Megan brings 20 years of experience in investing, strategic planning, M&A and developing the operational infrastructure that enables a successful growth company. Her background in management consulting, angel investing, venture capital, and private equity gives her a deep foundation in strategy development, growth initiatives and investment diligence.
